INKO — Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your INKO account and the data associated with it. INKO is an educational productivity application developed and operated by Tesseract Dynamics.

This deletion process applies to INKO app accounts only. It does not cover unrelated SchoolUp ERP school-admin accounts.

1. How to request deletion

To delete your INKO account and associated data:

1. Send an email to admin@schoolup.in from the same email address you use to sign in to INKO.
2. Use this subject line exactly:
   INKO Account Deletion Request
3. Include in the message body:
   • Your full name
   • Your INKO account email address

After we verify that the request comes from the account holder, we will process the deletion.

2. What gets deleted

When your verified deletion request is processed, we delete:

• Account email and name
• Authentication / sign-in data
• Question papers, question bank items, diagrams, uploaded files, and other content created in INKO

3. Retention

Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

Limited records may be retained only if required by law (for example, fraud prevention or legal compliance) and only for the minimum period required.
